The beautiful Long Estrella Dress perfectly entwines an ombre of color with form and structure. This style is formal and fun rolled into one, and is perfectly paired with the Collare Coat.
All Alquema garments are unique, hand made, and hand pleated with care. To maintain their beauty and longevity, we recommend you treat them well. Wash by hand in cold water, with a dash of mild natural detergent. Flat dry your Alquema, and please do not tumble dry or apply any heat. To dry, leave the garment flat and leave in a shaded area. Once dry, store your garment in a cool, dry place. (Hanging such garments for a long period of time could cause stretching at the shoulders and neck)

Return Eligibility:
You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later, to initiate a return for regular-priced items.
Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including undergarments.
Sale Items:
All sale and promotional items are final sale. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on discounted items, including BOGO items and those purchased during special sale events.
Any returned sale/ final items will be donated to a local charity.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or, if requested, issued as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us prior to initiating a return. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
Return Process:
While return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, all returns must be processed through our RETURN PORTAL. This helps us efficiently manage the return process.
Please be aware that you will need to manually ship your parcel back to us. We cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label.
