A good sweater should last. A favourite sweater is one that lasts and that you always reach for. This is an heirloom-quality and all-season essential sweater.
With deep open pockets and rounded shoulders, the Mia Sweater has a versatile style infused with the Peruvian textile artistry. Alpaca has a stretchy, silky nature to it, so this one-size alpaca style is able to fit many different types of bodies. We’ve gone a medium length, with a complementary backline; this doubles as a Fall, transition coat, and a year-round sweater.
Fairly traded, superiorly crafted, we know this will see you through many cold days and warm hugs.
This sweater’s composition is an alpaca blend, made with pure Peruvian alpaca, one of the world’s silkiest, warmest, most luxurious, and sustainable fibres. (Copyright Pokoloko 2023)

Return Eligibility:
You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later, to initiate a return for regular-priced items.
Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including undergarments.
Sale Items:
All sale and promotional items are final sale. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on discounted items, including BOGO items and those purchased during special sale events.
Any returned sale/ final items will be donated to a local charity.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or, if requested, issued as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us prior to initiating a return. We are here to assist you in resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
Return Process:
While return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, all returns must be processed through our RETURN PORTAL. This helps us efficiently manage the return process.
Please be aware that you will need to manually ship your parcel back to us. We cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label.
