- Care: Place shoulder pads with adhesive side up in the palm of your hand, Lather a drop or two of moisturizer free soap in on the adhesive and gentle scrub. Avoid scratching with your fingernails when washing. Rinse thoroughly with running water and shake remaining droplets off, let air dry with adhesive facing down.

Return Eligibility:
You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later, to initiate a return for regular-priced items.
Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including undergarments.
Sale Items:
All sale and promotional items are final sale. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on discounted items, including BOGO items and those purchased during special sale events.
Any returned sale/ final items will be donated to a local charity.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or, if requested, issued as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card, MINUS the cost of the return shipping label created by Shepherd's and sent to you through our Return Portal.
