Our Dog Walker Chunky Cowl Sweater is a must have for winter! It feels like wearing a beautiful soft blanket. Return Eligibility:
You have 14 days from the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later, to initiate a return for regular-priced items.
Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including undergarments.
Sale Items:
All sale and promotional items are final sale. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on discounted items, including BOGO items and those purchased during special sale events.
Any returned sale/ final items will be donated to a local charity.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or, if requested, issued as a Shepherd’s Fashions gift card, MINUS the cost of the return shipping label created by Shepherd's and sent to you through our Return Portal.

I love my Dog Walker sweater! It's very comfortable for my casual lifestyle, and works well for my volunteer job, for meeting friends for coffee, lunch or Happy Hour, for hanging out…and for just walking myself with no dog! It's not the least bit scratchy or picky but is soft, light in weight and very comfortable. I’m going to get another! ❤️
I love this sweater—it is oversized but so warm and cozy. I have worn it several times while walking the dog—I just wish I could have gotten a matching sweater for my standard poodle Olive. It’s also perfect for lounging in with leggings. I will likely buy another one.
I purchase one every year! (So now I have 3!) Love all of them, they are just perfect for a cold day. I am 5’5” and I can say it looks just great on me, it does come down just past my hips…. Just perfect to cover everything I want covered! You won’t be disappointed! I have washed them all and have had no problems with fading or shrinking (and I am not the kindest person to my clothes, I have just thrown them in a cold wash and dried them in the dryer) no problem.
I’ve purchased 2 of the Echo Verde Dog Walker sweaters. They are extremely soft on the skin and not at all itchy. The turtle neck is generous and very versatile and they are also a great layering piece.

Regular Priced Items
We want you to love your new Shepherd’s pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your regular-priced items, we are pleased to offer you a refund within 14-days of the shipping date or delivery date, whichever is later.
Returned items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with original tags attached, and must be accompanied by the original packing slip. Once your refund is processed you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 7-days for your return to be processed.
Sale & Final Sale Items
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on discounted items including BOGO and other promotions, Boxing Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Summer Sale purchases.

Holiday Return Policy:
